Edwina Brown recently served as Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for Southern Methodist University after spending the previous two seasons in the same role at Texas Christian University. She is a former University of Texas All-American, was the 3rd pick of the 2000 WNBA draft to the Detroit Shock, and she played 11 years of international basketball.

Off the court, Edwina is pursuing her passion of giving back to the community and recently founded a non-profit, MAP’D Out (Mentoring Athletes and Providing Dreams).
